I want to move to a Network State because being entrepreneurial is counterincentivized by the regulatory and tax regime I live in. So much of my time is wasted satisfying reporting requirements which almost never benefit me. The preparation time is more painful than the taxes and professional services costs themselves. Professional service providers do not “handle it.” You have to be on the ball making sure every one is doing a good job fulfilling government bureaucracy’s demands. For a relatable example, if I worked at Google they would expense their kitchen and food offerings as perks for employees. As the owner of my own one-person company, I am not allowed to outsource meals so I can continue working rather than cook. This is not an allowable expense because my company isn’t big enough for this argument to fly. The initial cost of paperwork disproportionately affects smaller businesses. I hope network states offer clean and simple biz/tax situation and let me travel cc @balajis.eth

Come visit Network School. You can apply at ns.com/apply. We have a prototype of a startup society node and we can discuss.
