After many tests, the biggest problem is the time of the rice cooker. It takes about 30-33 minutes. Don't be afraid of undercooking. When the time is up, turn off the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Attached is my recipe, which is a low-sugar and low-oil version. Super smooth and dense.
