Update Day 2: Mild muscle soreness throughout the body 30 minutes of cycling and light stretching in the morning. I didn't eat any sugar all day — just 38 more days to go! :) Intermittent fasting successfully completed, 16 hours of fasting with an 8-hour eating window /success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. Stay disciplined, and /keepushing forward

You can make it bro, tried IF before and it's hard in the first few weeks but you'll get used to it. After a few months I switched into OMAD which helps me to get healthier.

Really? How long have you been doing it bro? I think that would be too hard for me to do the job and training only on one meal I have tried doing 72hours fast only on water and made 55 hours. I could easily finish it but my tooth got infected and had to start with antibiotics and doctor told me to stop the fast

I started from 12/12 then 14/10 then 16/8. The interval was 2 weeks then after that 16/8 for 3 months switch to OMAD for the rest of the year. It's hard bro mentally and physically since I was also working at that time but mostly office work. In 6 months I lost almost 35 kgs from 90kgs to 65. I haven't tried 72 hours I don't know if I can do it, best I tried was 48 hours. You are almost there brother, but you can do it again for sure.
