Update Day 2: Mild muscle soreness throughout the body 30 minutes of cycling and light stretching in the morning. I didn't eat any sugar all day — just 38 more days to go! :) Intermittent fasting successfully completed, 16 hours of fasting with an 8-hour eating window /success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. Stay disciplined, and /keepushing forward

Haha, first days are the most difficult when eliminating sugar but your body and brain adopts really fast to new conditions and after 5-10 days you literally do not need it anymore Intermittent fasting is also not the problem. I skip breakfast and eat my first meal at 11:30am and last one at 7:30pm
