Pinterest is a popular social networking website for sharing images that allows users to "pin" images based on their interests and other members can "like" or "repin" these images if necessary.   Members can follow all the images pinned to a specific board belonging to a person.   Pinterest users can also share their photos and collaborate with each other through all social networks, including Twitter, Telegram and WhatsApp.   Pinterest was founded with an investment of $ 27 million and was included in the list of the 50 best sites in 2011 by Time magazine.

With 200 million monthly users, Pinterest may not be a social media platform like Facebook, but it is a significant social platform with deep influence among a valuable demographic.   Half of the U.S. millennials, for example, use Pinterest.

  But it’s not just young people who save their ideas on the social network;   68 percent of American women between the ages of 25 and 54 also use Pinterest.   While the majority of users are women, 40 percent of new users are men.
