The most prolific indie devs I know have a memory of a 🐟. Because they forget how much work it’s actually to go from 0-1. I thought I’d whip this baby in a day. 24hrs in, I’m 30% done but I’ll still ship 1/3 the features.

But once you start, it’s kind of a lot of fun so you just keep at it.
