Todays demo I did on the trails at Great Plains Nature Center. This workout is one that can add a boost to your hike. Rear foot elevated split squats (15 to 20 reps per side, match), pushups (until failure), incline pushups (until failure), bench dips (until failure). Take a 1 to 3 min break, and repeat 2 + times.
