No, most of the people banned engaged in Telegram groups where they exchanged information about usernames, entered into tipping circles, and strategized on farming techniques.

some people in telegram try to educate people how to use the platform and idk which projects are good to participate, this is how i knew warpcast and didnt know this is illegal.
