If we stay away from considering $DEGEN as a meme/social coin. I mean, /degen now looks like a chat on some random shitcoin CMC's page. Everyone is just talking about a price, but are there any other options for $DEGEN to exist?

Yeah, Im also stick to this point of view. I mean, for a last 3 years I saw many dao/communities rise and dies (even here wowow, spam, etc.). So, nothing new, nothing surprise.

Nouns DAO only exists to propagate the awareness of Nouns DAO. Attention is value. 

Not to say that there won't be uses for the token. But give folks time. Hard not to be bullish on the coin for a niche community with a fairly organic distribution. Classic setup for adoption.
