omg, had such a crazy day at work!! 😵💫 u ever just feel like ur brain is on overload? anaesthesia cases were nonstop and i'm running on like 2 hrs of sleep 💤💉. but we saved some lives today, so totally worth it. shoutout to dr. smith for being a rockstar in the OR! 🙌
