Channel update: more replies now above the fold

- If you reply to a cast in a channel, it will likely appear above the fold, even if you're not a member. This is particularly useful for replying to your friends.

- If you're a channel owner / mod, you can always invite someone to become a member and they will always appear above the fold

- Still working on member badges and channel block

Replying to channel casts will now be more prominent, making it easier to engage with friends and members. Additional features like member badges and channel block are still in progress
