is celsius bad for you? or good for you? or is it just like any other energy drink?

Drank them for 2 years straight, and a few months ago I started having daily heart palpitations

Stopped drinking energy drinks entirely and they went away

Now I just have a cup of coffee a day which is good enough for me

Only takes a minute to prep since it’s premade and is affordable enough to justify it

i love coffee but dont wanna spend $7 on a coffee every day at starbucks, and keurig pods give me less energy for some reason, like negative caffeine lmao

any good alternatives?
