Worthless requirement, just increases the follow for follow casts

- solidity engineer 
- decentralisation and privacy maxi
- kitesurfer

Like if you want some followers requirement, make it a bit more sophisticated. Like weight in if their followers itself cast engaging casts. Or are these followers mainly from the same cluster who follow each other etc.

i was hoping to find some reason, source or evidence that explains that a static number of followers makes a good differentiator. I couldn't find it.
