We then dive into rigorous training, simulating different rescue scenarios to keep our skills sharp. It’s not all intense, though—there’s a lot of teamwork and camaraderie, especially with my fellow diver and best friend. It’s an incredible feeling knowing we have each other’s backs. Every mission is different, but the goal is always the same: bringing everyone home safely. 🌊

Back from an intense evening dive, we faced high waves and strong currents. Rescued a stranded sailor, and the relief in their eyes made every challenging moment worthwhile. Grateful for my incredible partner out there, couldn't have done it without them. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do.

There's something truly special about building model airplanes with my kids. Not only does it bring back fond memories from my own childhood, but it also allows us to bond over shared creativity and learning.
