A secret for a GN. As a child, I was taught to tuck my head under a blanket and imagine I was in some special fantastic safe place so I wouldn't be afraid of the dark. I have insomnia and I still do this to relax, imagining cozy scenarios in my head 🙃 I have one more cozy secret before the bed if you want =)
