I wouldn't put Ric one more year in the alphatauri; if he's still not up to rb levels (which, he isn't) then it's time for him to go

if I were them I'd let either Ric or Yuki go.

Because 1) young talent is important 2) Ric has media value but not young 3) yuki just isn't that good to be fair
