What are the "best" Solidity dev envs nowadays? I've seen a lot of guides, but they all seem a little outdated to me since the space is evolving rapidly. Would love some inputs :)

Foundry's the best It's still underappreciated how easy it makes writing tests (with fuzzing!!) and scripting
