Start of the pandemic, join twitter, Dan Held tweets "I cannot teach people about crypto...", I reply saying I genuinely want to know what it's about. He sends a link to his blog, I go through it and it seems cool application wise.

Got very curious about how it all actually works,  started going through the whitepaper on and off for the next couple months, it did not click. All the explanations were shit, because everyone talked about "voting" but no one said how.

Don't know how, but one night reading the whitepaper, PoW suddenly just clicked, it was too beautiful to ignore.
