i got this notif saying “we received your report about spam” or something like that, but i don’t think i ever reported anything as spam? unless i accidentally did? and now it says i’ve reported spam twice?

Warpcast is reviewing reports and labelling spam users. 

If you've reported someone and we take action on it, you'll get this notification. 

We're doing a one time push to review a lot of older reports, so you may get these notifications for things you reported 2 or 3 months ago.

Have never received a spam report on my casts 

Not sure the reason but I've been highly active and engaged with the community and trying to figure out what went wrong
