Negotiate cease fire and be applauded
One party break cease fire. 

Rinse and repeat. It's just sad how it's been used as a political tool, and the people on the receiving end keep dying and denied from just living life.

Same play cards in Africa, most of the terrorism is financed by players as a distraction to extract resources for cheap value. 

Middle East is oil. Africa is other natural resources. Sometimes, I wonder if there is hope for these parts of the world.

USAID - Good intention but bad execution. 

The abuse is more than rhe uses. It's majorly used to destabilize growing economy and underdeveloped nations for few cronies to take advantage of.
