People mask their pain in different ways. Some turn to work, some to drugs. There are some who seek the spiritual essence of life and lose themselves in the contemplation of the divine. There are those who seek therapy. For some, it is in loving they find salvation. Some find surcease in writing and some in nature where for them, the naked violence is preferred to the cunning of human beings. There are those who can't mask their pain and they lash out, they fight even those who seek to help them. We all deal in different ways. How do you mask your pain, your trauma, your depression?
