got a friend working at a crypto company that feels super sus. endless insider gossip, obsessive conversations about who's the CMO, CTO, CEO — like those titles actually mean anything. constant talk about how easy it is to scale and ascend into those key roles (a sign of a very unhealthy company). they're hyped about the job, the team, the money — and i'm happy for all that, truly. but from the outside, it's giving heaaavy pyramid vibes. feels like they've been sugarcoated into a scheme without even realizing, and now they're being talked to invest in the next thing, as the founders are constantly creating new companies (!!!). i don't say much beacuse i don't wanna be the hater and they're making good money, tbh. they've been there for about a year, party with the team, rave with the CEOs, see them doing drugs and all...maybe that's just how they roll, and i'm just paranoid. still, it feels like a big red flag. not sure if i should say something or just let it play out.

Stand back and let it play. Always avoid being in the crossfire, except if that friend is super close, then you could JUST CHIP IN AN ADVICE. Otherwise, observe from a distance.

yeah, i don't think saying any of this would actually change anything, tbh — just felt the need to let it out somewhere.
