my 1 year old is starting his daycare this week. for parents who've been down this road, what's the best piece of advice for the transition? any lessons you learned the hard way?

Man, the only recommendation is to make sure it’s a well-recommended and trustworthy place... i don’t have kids but i have a brother. he only caused trouble in school, in the early years, stories with bullying and stuff, but we managed to turn it around quickly. the advice is always the same, don’t swap your kid for your phone, give him attention from the start!
