Next-auth, SIWE, JWTs, saving sessions to a db, etc

👋 happy to chat, we've implemented this and it took a lot of trial and error. a lot of the common guides are out of date, mostly because next-auth is a moving target and constantly evolving (and in the middle of doing so again).
