one rule i relentlessly follow is to keep testing products for hooks, interfaces, experiences, revenue streams ever since shortwave was mentioned, i started using it cuz a) emails need new interfaces to declutter experiences, b) emails need to be reimagined from scratch, and c) business communications should be the top priority, especially when ai is the force and signal — and it checks all of those and more from their web: "the “strong form” ai agent app for business communications — one that doesn’t just add ai around the edges but rethinks the entire experience from the ground-up" don't miss this one, full marks
