NFTs are the best thing to happen to the crypto industry. The 2021 bull run was huge for a reason, NFTs brought a visual appeal with real world use cases, got brands interested, and made marketing and loyalty programs in Web3 possible. They helped onboard tons of creators on-chain, made Web3 social possible, and are still the most widely accepted use case for crypto outside of payments. I don’t get why more people aren’t building in this direction.

Right now, I’m experimenting with creating comics and webtoons as NFTs. I’ve got my own platform with a token-gated reader, but I’m still looking for other options. I genuinely don’t want to put in so much effort into building the tech, I want to focus on the comics and the art.
