Since they removed all the level 0s, it should be easy to make a dune dashboard that has this info. 

Total followers (this would be your before count) minus level 0 followers to show new follower count and then do the math for the percentages.

What criteria are used to determine “quality” users? Is it the 0, 1, 2 spammy index?
