How does one get authorized to create and host a Bubble? I realize you just made this new thing. I'm quite enthusiastic about it and would love to muck about in it.

OK. I will try again. There is a big blue "Create and Go Live" button. However the larger, red "Unauthorized" button below it had me thinking I failed at making a Bubble.

Anyone can create a bubble even if you don't get satisfy the gating requirements (being the creator overrides verification)
