Canary Capital Group Files for Sui Cryptocurrency ETF

Canary Capital Group has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch an exchange-traded fund (ETF) linked to the spot price of Sui, a cryptocurrency from Sui Network. This brings the firm's total cryptocurrency ETF filings to six. The increased optimism for cryptocurrency ETFs follows regulatory shifts under President Donald Trump's administration, including dropping enforcement actions against major cryptocurrency entities and reconsidering custody rules.
