need a solution for poidh to fund gas of new wallets flow I'd like 👉 I load up 10 cents of Base ETH for gas in a contract 👉 that generates a shareable URL 👉 someone with the URL can visit, paste in their wallet address, and the gas will be sent to their wallet without them having to pay a tx fee (first come first serve) would it work?

faucet-ish for sure, but one-time-use and set up so only someone with a specific URL or code to access it can claim the gas
