build a privacy preserving ratings/reviews platform. prove that you visited the place with a photo but hide your personal details

is anyone building a privacy preserving reviews platform? it should only allow the reviewer to post if they can proof the purchase.

it takes roughly 40 seconds to generate a client side proof these days. if it goes down to like 5-20 seconds maybe thats an acceptable ux
