Are the large ETF issuers buying from CEXes though? I would assume those are off-market block trades

I don’t think they will buy it from CEXs, agree it will be OTC but CEXs will have to get theirs from somewhere and if the OTC supply dries the price will rise I assume?

Yes, my guess it that it will come from whales and other institutionals — so in this sense it’s drawing the total whale supply of ETH, which I believe has been expanding lately as we’ve gone through an accumulation phase

I just checked and the ray ATH was .1475 which would take us to $10.4K at current BTC price.

I think we *can* get there in the current limit, maybe in 2025–2026, and after that it depends more on BTC’s price and the overall crypto / macro sentiment whether we maintain that ratio into the higher $10Ks.
