So I checked and a single slice of this heavily cured/processed meat (= colorectal cancer) is high in sodium per gram (= hypertension), high in saturated fat (= LDL cholesterol), high in completely unnecessary sugar (= diabetes), and provides no micronutrients. My European mind is starting to comprehend, actually 😅
