it's possibly slow sync, account migration glitch, shadowban, or Dan-hammer. I'm in the same boat.

You mention at least 3 in that linked thread, I only see 2: one mutual follow, and 1 I don't follow but who follows me (and I've liked)

in this thread, I can only see 1 reply but in herocast I see 2 replies before me

Yes, there was a third user whose cast was screenshot and posted by the Op as evidence that there’s an issue - I cannot access that cast shown in the screenshot unless I search for that user (whom I’m not following) and look at their history. I’m guessing it’s some glitch based on the histories I’ve reviewed.

This is also curious. I see your reply in the feed but if I click on the thread to watch the posts there's nothing. (I assume it's just bugs.)
