The subtext is along the lines of “wake me up when AI is actually capable of answering unresolved questions that are beyond humanity’s ability to answer right now” (which is in fact a hot area of research right now, with proof AI).

But as a lookup technology, I agree that it’s fantastic.

seems like you're doing the cast in jest, but I see GPT as fancier lookup technology than Google: we used to go to library to get information, then Google came along, then ChatGPT provides instant answer to any questions that have been answered online
