My utility company, that I pay to supply my household with water and electricity, gives me “tasks” to complete. They show up as iOS notifications, as if I didn’t have enough of these. I absolutely loathe the gamification of everything

Horrible, i remember talking to some folks at Energy Market Authority during the transition to this energy market and it was supposed to improve competition > hence user experience/satisfaction/outcomes
