PSA upcoming schedule for protocol

1. Migration from Goerli to OP Mainnet next week. Sign ups will start costing $ (goes to protocol, not Warpcast). Sign ups will still be gated 

2. Assuming that goes well, permissionless sign ups in the next 1-2 months.
