Yes! With the caveat that traffic wasn’t fully recovered to pre-pandemic levels in 2023. But the positive trend is clear over the recent years. Now me must implement risk-based safety oversight, competency-based training of pilots, and the IATA operational safety audit (IOSA) at non-IATA airlines
