There is a major and obvious outlier when it come to regulating crypto. No, not New Zealand. But, c'mon NZ! Of course, it is the USA. SEC, still screwing... I mean protecting investors.

I just hope Americans don’t come to regret the time when crypto was unregulated. Regulatory clarity is certainly needed and welcome, but restrictive regulations can also hurt the space at least as much (e.g., Australia banning privacy coins, Canada treating CEXs as security brokers, China banning CEXs entirely, etc.)
