If you are on the fence about learning to dive but perhaps fearful about being underwater, or are generally curious about the hobby/sport, feel free to ask questions in this channel! As a PADI instructor and AIDA freediver, I'll be happy to help

I assume you’ve done deep/night/search/wreck/etc as part of your AOW. If not, deep and wreck are exhilarating and can unlock future dive sites for you. Nitrox is very useful for all your future dives (longer bottom times, less fatigue). Rescue is the absolute best course I’ve taken (on the way to Divemaster).

Have done deep/night/search/wreck. Nitrox makes sense then. I’ve only dove locally in Lake Michigan (plenty of shipwrecks) so far, but a number of the best wrecks here are down 2-300’. I imagine rescue training to be exhilarating and an extremely useful skillset. Thanks, Thomas!
