The longevity obsession of adding years to your life is weird to me… I got mildly midweek rekt last night with my mates to let off stream after some work was released and issues also needed dealing with the old fashion way… a moan and a realisation of perspective. Problems put down today. It added life to my years.

I suspect a lot of the public longevity peddlers are either 1/ scared of death (e.g., Ray Kurzweil, by his own admission), 2/ grifters who run a book/conference/supplement business, and perhaps 3/ a few genuine biohackers who want to advance humanity. I also suspect the latter are very few and far between
