friends, i need your help. what approaches do you use for decluttering? whenever i try to declutter, i just end up mindlessly moving stuff around. these are the categories i just can't seem to part with: 1. "i am mom's pride" or "stitched with feelings" - items sewn or knitted by my mom, and even dresses from her youth, passed down to me (made with uniquely high-quality fabrics). 2. "ex-business": a stack of clothes from a former office job (suits, skirts, blouses). 3. "the roomy era": maternity clothes. 4. "stage outfits of ordinary life" - dresses tied to memories: university graduation, best friend’s wedding, office party, the best new year’s eve. one reason i keep all this stuff: today’s store prices don’t seem to match the quality. everything feels disposable and overpriced. the rise of fast fashion has really taken its toll. i remember arriving at university at 18 with just a small bag of clothes and being absolutely happy. how do i find that kind of zen again?

It's hard to say. For men, everything is much simpler.😊

**The KonMari Method**: This involves sorting through your belongings by category, such as clothes, books, papers, and sentimental items
