I’m among the minority who choose people for certain roles because it's important to have someone to converse with and possibly build relationships—maybe even marry! While technology is great for high-risk jobs and virtual care in emergencies, it shouldn’t replace babysitters or caregivers. That's just too dystopian for my taste.
