Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

The word "customer is always right" is no longer in fashion for me bro. for me, if it's wrong, it should be right
