In my flow zone I feel very connected with my auditory system. I usually feel the sounds, I sometimes see colors and shapes, and in that state is where I put myself in a blank paper and just find characters, sensations, emotions, stories and even written messages. Sometimes it feels like I opened a portal to a part of myself who has all the creativity and answers I need.
