Im with someone who is present enough with me to notice when im not okay and actually knows how to approach me about it 😭💝 Its crazy because all my life I’ve gotten so used to hiding until I’m okay and resolved my problems alone. Even in my deepest pain, I didn’t feel seen. It was like a super power of acting like i was ok and happy but deep down i was in a lot of emotional pain. And now that I do have someone who sees me, it’s uncomfortable to show my whole self… but at the same time is what I always wanted.
