good morning everyone, happy Sunday

Unfortunately I injured myself and now my lower back pain, which is one of my weakest spots, has come back. I will try to rest, it is effecting me mentally already negatively and I wish to shake off this feeling off me, but it's okay, it's gonna be fine. 

I won't be as much around here for this reason, because I want my presence online to be intentional, and it's difficult while going through pain. 
Nothing dramatic, just wanted y'all to know.

I wanted to update you by saying that I already feel a bit better, the rest, stretching and reiki massage did me good. 
It’s still a process but it will be okay.
