Does anyone know what happens if we bid on nouns.wtf and didn’t win the auction. Do we get the bid amount back? Just wondering.

Yes, once someone makes a bid that's higher than yours, the funds are returned and you can make a new bid if you'd like.

Do the funds get refunded instantly or once the auction is settled and we move on to next noun?

Assuming its similar to the lilnouns auction, the funds are refunded instantly if a higher bid is made. No need to wait till the auction settles.
