Saying 'just create a great UI on top of LLMs' misses the point. AWS became successful not for its UI, but for its crucial tech. OpenAI and Anthropic will lead the LLM space, while startups will thrive by building innovative solutions on their platforms, similar to how companies like Netflix, Salesforce, and Adobe succeeded with AWS & Azure.
