i usually do reference material and extensions manually 

like if i have some example code or an extension I'll either just install it manually from the start or have it in a reference directory that i bring into the context 

but yeah it would be awesome if somehow it had an index of all the known extensions

Do you think it makes sense to make extensions more composable and first-class, so that you can start by prompting the agent to pick which ones you might want before running create-eth?
